We have an important notice for all our members who are running iOS devices. We ask all our community to follow the following directions carefully.
The latest iOS 14.2 update has caused the Google Authenticator to crash continually upon startup. This issue can be fixed in the iOS device settings by implementing the following steps outlined below.
(Important: Do NOT delete the Google Authenticator app from your device, such action will result in all your data being lost! The steps below can fix the issue and preserve all your saved codes).
Settings > General > Storage > Browse apps and find Authenticator > Select > Offload > Reinstall.

Once these steps are successfully completed, your Google Authenticator should function normally. If there are still complications, please do not uninstall the Google Authenticator app, but rather wait for further iOS updates from Apple that fix this issue.
Please note that this is an issue of compatibility with iOS and Google Authenticator, and has nothing to do with the Cloud 2.0 system.
